Wimea Canyon Lookout {Kauai, Hawaii}~

Needless to say, you know I don't like nature.

And you know, nature doesn't like me too.

Whenever I Go for an out door activity, something unpleasant happens to me.

I feel like all those insects, animal and everything know that I came and they hit me, bite me, hurt me.

I can't understand why?

I mean, why me?

Anyway...

Usually, I wouldn't go anywhere like there but I made an exception for Kauai

thankfully, nothing happened bad and it was wonderful.

One of the best views I have ever seen in my entire life. 

I definitely would like come here again and hopefully next time for hiking.

Buraya tekrar gelip hiking yapmayi cok isterim.

anlatmasi zor ama muhtesem bir koku. 

Icime cekmeye doyamadim.

Keske kokulari da record etmenin bir yolu olsa.

Ben record edemesemde siz hayal edin lutfen. 

Biliyorum ki, bazi fotograflar cok net ve guzel ciksada bazilari biraz karanlik yada bugulu gozukuyor.

Yinede hic bir fotografin uzerinde hic bir degisiklik yapmadim. Oldugu gibi, ciplak gozle nasil gozukuyorsa oyle yayinlamayi tercih ettim. 

Yani bu gordugunuz guzellikte en ufak bir isik oyunu, en ufak bir abarti yok.

Although most photos are nice and clear, I know some photos are fogy, some are little dark, etc. not so perfect. Just to let you know, I didn't made any change on any of them. So it is exactly howit looks with the naked eye.

Portofino Beach {Kauai, Hawaii}~

Dear my European readers who lives in US,

Did you miss our wonderful beaches with a beautiful mountain view instead of endless ocean?

and

Did you miss using metric system?

if your answers are yes, 

Portofino beach in Kauai is a right place to come. 

I know it is little too far away especially if you are living in east coaat but believe me you won't regret!

Amerika'da yasiyorsunuz ve Avrupa'daki sahilleri ozlediniz.

Iste burasi dogru adres.

Avrupa'yi ozlesem direk giderim zaten yakin ne isim var Hawaii'de demeyin. Bazen oyle engeller cikiyorki yurtdisina cikilamayabiliyor ve bu insanin sinirlerini cidden yipratiyor.

Although main land still didn't discovered that actually in everywehere else we use metric system and it is pretty useful, thankfully Hawaians already widely using it. 

I guess their next step is discovery of futbol. 

I mean real futbol -European futbol-

I loved everything in here. I felt like, I am in Italy and I needed to feel that way very much.

Orange sand???

Yes, it was orange. 

Everyhing looks little orange in here, right?

I guess beacause of the sand.

That's why I didn't made any change on light and exposure of the photos.

Sand, people and hotel in the back, restaurant pretty much everything was feeling like Italy.

No wonder they called it Portofino beach.

Sadece koy degil, arkadaki restorant, insanlar ve baska hersey Avrupa gibiydi. Hatta pizza kokusu bile halk plajini andiriyordu :)

Niye portofino beach dediklerine o yuzden sasirmadim zaten.

Gerci New York'da var ama hic York'a benzemiyor :)

I know, those of you who have been there will think thank it doesn't exactly look like, but it definitely 

help to reduce my cravings until I go back the real one.

I hope, I can get back here one day. Especially if I can't get back to real one, any time soon.

rainy day in new york~

I know, it took such a long time and probably, all my instagram followers already know that I have been in New York twice after this trip, how sad I just had a chance to write about it.

Again, if you are following me on instagram, you know the reasons.

I am just travelling sooooo much. Since january, last week is the first week I stayed at home one full week in a raw.

Yes, I had sooo much fun, but at the same time I am sooo tired.

I just need some time to rest.

Hopefully, I will write posts about to those places I have visited some time as well.

Wow! I am in love with this city since I have been in here for the first time about 10 years ago.

Yeah, it is still one of my favorite song.

And I agree with it.

Personally, New York is a place I gain my confidence. 

Maybe that's why I love there so much.

Once you put your head down, you see the mess as well.

Although, I still love it with its mess.

And actually, I don't know, maybe this mess one of those things make it look so great.

New York ve cok sayidaki parkindan biri

Bu sehirde bu kadar cok park olmasa eminim yasanmaz bir yer olurdu.

Downtown'da gezdigimiz icin hazir gelmisken 9/11'da yikilan ikiz kulelerin yerine yapilan binayi da gormeye gittik.

Dubai'deki binalar kadar guzel ve futuristic olmasada, Amerikan teknolojisinin, butcesinin sINIRlarinin zorlandigi her halinden belli olan sehrin her yerinden gorunen cok gorkemli guzel bir bina olmus.

All day long it rained (no exaggeration) and all day long we were out.

Probably, if it happened in anywhere else, I could complain all the time. Because I am a constant complainer and worrier. I am sure, I would find a lot to worry about walking in the rain and cold and complain complain complain...

Surprisingly, I didn't.

Well I felt wet and I didn't care.

I think, we can call it New York effect :)

Neyseki, ertesi gun gunes yuzunu gostermesede yagmur dinmisti. Yine soguktu ama en azindan kuruyduk. Onu da bir ara anlatirim.

OPI Skyfall & Sally Hansen Silver Elements Magnetic~

Today, let's talk about some of great nail polishes unfortunately discontinued . 

Do you remember about 2-3 years ago Magnetic nail polishes were very fashioned.

Unfortunetely, Sally Hansen discontinued them after a season. 

I really liked to play with them though. It was fun.

I am almost done with the last bottle I have but there are still some online. Probably, when the last bottle gone, I will hit the Amazon.

Oje konusunda OPI bir kere bile yuzumu kara cikarmadi. Her zaman basariliydi. 

Ustelik cok uzun sure dayaniyor. 

Neredeyse 7 yillik OPI ojem var ve hala ilk gunku gibi. 

Suan tek problem bu arkadas bitti ve yenisi coook pahali.

Daha da kotusu muadillerinden cok hoslanmadim.

Sanirim pahali falan demeyip alacagim.

I think we all know, we can't go wrong with the OPI.

Big color selection, high quality and it doesn't goes bad quick.

I have OPI nail polishes almost 7 years old and they are still same as first day I puchased them.

Black sand beach {Hilo, Hawaii}~

Last Christmas, we went to Colorado becuase my husband's family has a winter cottage over there and  spending Christmas up there is their family tradition. Honestly, it was not for me at all. 

I mean, I don't like family meetings, I don't like cold weather (I already live in somewhere really cold. What's the point of spending my vacation days in somewhere ELSE cold?) also, I don't like skiing. So I really didn't like it at all.

 When we were there, I watched a lot of movies to help time goes faster. One of the movie was Descandants and it was in Hawaii. The reason why I picked it was definitely George Clooney but after some point I couldn't really watch the actual movie or him. All I was watching wonderful nature and great sceneries. Since then, I am dreaming about to go to Hawaii.

 Thankfully, my dream came truth this Christmas. 

Gecen sene tam Noel zamani Colorado'ya gitmistik. 

Orada bir film izlemistik. Burada yazmistim izledigim filmleri. Onlardan bir tanesi -George Clooney'li olan- Hawaii'de geciyordu. Konusu aslinda huzunluydu ama konu falan yalan oldu. Clooney'nin hatrina secmistim. Clooney bile yalan oldu. Oyle guzel manzaralar vardi. Zaten oldum olasi Hawaii'yi merak ediyordum. Universitedeyken beraber okudugum ama bana nazaran oldukca varlikli ailelerden gelen arkadaslarim tatillerde gidiyor, dondukleri zaman bana gorduklerini anlatiyorlardi. Yani taa o zamanlardan var bir ilgim ama bu film istahimi iyiden iyiye kabartti. Neyseki Bu Noel tatilinde Hawaii'ye geldik, bende istahimi bastirmis oldum :)

Hawaii ile igili en merak ettigim sey ise her zaman icin siyah kum sahilleriydi. 

Cok sukurki, ilk gordugum yerde siyah kum sahili oldu. 

And black sand beaches was the most interesting place for me to see in Hawaii by far.

Luckyly, it was the first place I saw in Hawaii.

Her zaman bana inanmasi zor, sihirli, bir sey gibi geldi. 

Hani sanki kum her renk olurda siyah olamaz gibi. 

Oysa toprakta koyu renk ama kum baskaydi sanki.

It always seem to me unbelievably magical

and always sound impossible to me, but I saw with my own eyes 

it is possible. 

Feels  like mother nature created it for us to see its greatness.

-well, I know we can look at everything as a great creation but since it is very rare and far away. black sand is little more attractive and magical to me.-

On the other hand, it was a small beach with lots of stones.

I don't know if I would like to swim in it but looking at trees, ocean, snowy mountain tops and everything was fantastic.

I wasn't the only one who wouldn't like to swim in here though.

There was noone but couple of kids in the water.

Everyone was relaxing under the shadow of trees.

Later on I think, I discovered why everyone was very nice and  relaxed.

Tipki dusundugum gibi kimse denize girmiyor herkes gunesleniyordu.

Hatta cocuklar bile kiyida takiliyordu.

Kum cok kalin tanecikli oldugu icin oynanmaya uygun degildi.

Yani burada otur, agac golgesinde kitabini oku arada yesile, maviye, daglarin tepesindeki beyazliklara bak ve derdi kederi unut.

Oyle bir yer iste...  

We walked around impress with the amazing nature even more and then  join everyone else at the beach to relax under the trees.

As a constant worrier, I can definitely say this place had tons of things to encourage me to just lie down, enjoy with the view and don't think anything. 

After I saw a green plants, even a huge tree can grow out of  stones, nothing seem to me very difficult. 

Everything is possible. Nothing to really worry about.

Siyah kum olabiliyor, kayalarin arasindan otlar hatta agaclar cikabiliyor, ve ben Hawaii'ye gelebiliyorum. 

O zaman her sey mumkun.

Bende herkes gibi agac golgesine havlumu serdim ve kumun uzerine uzandim. Dert edecek hic bir seyim kalmamisti. 

Manzarayi izledim.
